The main unit has an open plan lounge/kitchen/laundry and parking for 1 car in front of the unit. It comes with a washing machine. The bedroom is a good size. There is an attached studio sleepout next to the unit with its own entrance and privacy wall between the bedroom and living area. There are no cooking facilities in the sleepout. All cooking needs to be done in the main unit. The units do have separate power meters. Within a short commute to the shops, public transport, Middlemore Hospital and motorways it doesn’t come any more convenient than this. The rent includes water and lawns.
