To the right of the deck, is the laundry area – there are 2 washing machines & one dryer with drying area.
The property is on mains sewerage & bore with a small reserve water tank in case of power shutdowns. Three califont gas points heat the water. There is unlimited wifi available which is sep. for public & owner’s private usage.
