The top level of the house has one bedroom and bathroom along with laundry area, kitchen and living room. The other two bedrooms and main bathroom are located downstairs and adjoin another large deck.
House is fully furnished.
Bedroom #1 – Bunk bed, single bed, drawers.
Bedroom #2 – Queen bed and drawers.
Bedroom #3 – Queen bed and drawers.

Please note: The entrance is located down a private neighbourhood residence driveway.
The main entrance is located on the top deck and there are stairs leading up to it.

Parking is available directly in front of the house and is suitable for 2 cars.

$500 per week, 4 weeks bond required, 2 weeks in advance
