There is a $59 admin fee, a compulsory cleaning fee of $150 and a security bond minimum of $500.00 which is refunded after the tenancy provided the premises is left clean, tidy and undamaged. We also require 50% of the rent up front to secure your booking unless the booking is within the next 60 days then the full amount is due immediately.
