Two rental options, take the house alone sleeping up to 8 people or rent the cottage also (sorry the cottage is not available solely.) An extra $50 per night is payable for the cottage when rented with the house, an extra admin fee will apply to the cottage $59.
In the main house there is 2 x Queen Beds, 1 x Double, 1 single and 2 king singles. In the cottage there is 1xQueen Bed 1 single, 2nd bedroom single bunks & single bed. Free view TV
There is ample parking and the property has it’s own access to the children’s park at the rear which can also be used as a short cut to the main street and supermarket. A short walk to the top of the street are the popular clubs, RSA, Whangamata Club and Memorial Hall. The internet connectivity only applies to the area of the property not the property itself, internet or wireless is not provided with this rental, there are hotspots in several place in the town.
No Pets and No smoking.

Please allow a minimum of 5 working days prior to any booking. There is a $59 admin fee, a compulsory cleaning fee of $150 and a security bond of $500, which is refunded after the tenancy provided the premises is left clean, tidy and undamaged. We also require 50% of the rent up front to secure your booking unless the booking is within the next 60 days then the full amount is due immediately.

Check in time for peak is 2pm and checkout time is 10am. Check in time for off peak is 10am, check out 2pm, this could be subject to change if another booking overlaps. (Late checkout rates can apply).
