House has 1 bedroom with single over double bunk set and one queen size pullout bed, bedrooms 2 & 3 feature queen beds. 2 bathrooms. Features TV (BYO Decoder), CD, BBQ, Washing machine, Dryer, Microwave, Fridge Freezer. The kitchen is modern with twin standing Fridge Freezer, Breakfast Bar, Full sized oven and dishwasher.
Nice outside area for your relaxing enjoyment, wash away the day at the beach with an outside shower. A sink unit is there if you need to process the fish. Room for 2 vehicles to be parked securely.
No pets, no smoking

FYI:
Please allow a minimum of 5 working days prior to any booking. There is a $59 admin fee, cleaning fee of $130, and a security bond minimum of $400, which is refunded after the tenancy provided the premises is left clean, tidy and undamaged. We also require 50% of the rent up front to secure your booking unless the booking is within the next 60 days then the full amount is due immediately. The internet connectivity only applies to the area of the property not the property itself, internet or wireless is not provided with this rental, there are hotspots in several place in the town.
Check in time for peak is 2pm and checkout time is 10am. Check in time for off peak is 10am, check out 2pm, this could be subject to change if another booking overlaps. (Late checkout rates can apply).
