Previously having been part of a larger farm this 60.3 hectare dairy farm has infrastructure for Africa with a 32 bail rotary cowshed with cup removers and in-shed feed system, a herd home with capacity for 260 cows plus a range of outbuildings for calf rearing, implements, supplement and a workshop.

Housing is well catered for with a main three bedroom summit stone home with double attached garaging plus a second 3 bedroom cottage with updated kitchen and new carpets which is currently tenanted.

For the first season as a reduced size farm our vendor has calved 110 cows plus carrying 23 heifers and 30 replacement calves.
