EGMONT ROAD DAIRYING OPPORTUNITY

This 110 hectare dairy farm which is currently farmed with approx 15 hectares adjoining it normally calves around 310/320 cows with a production average of 108,000 kg milk solids over the past three seasons. This season 270 cows were wintered on farm and calved.

Contour comprises mainly flat to easy undulating with three main races accessing the 53 main paddocks. The majority of paddocks have established shelter belts along fence lines being great for stock protection.
