CUTOVER FORESTRY OR WEEKEND GETAWAY

This 60 hectares of recently harvested forestry block is located approximately 11km up the Tongahoe Valley Road. Majority of the road is tarsealed with a very short drive to township of Hawera.

Ideally this land would suit being replanted into private forestry as has been de-registered from ETS or it could become a weekend hideaway, playground for the motorbike or mountain bike enthusiasts.

The majority of the tracks have been formed plus there are boundary fences down both sides.
