WEE WATERFRONT GEM

Originally built in 1935, it is exciting to think that the persons who built this waterfront cottage overlooking Mitchells Bay, were obviously beach lovers or an avid surfer, who wanted front row seats to watch the tide and sets, roll into the bay.
Whoever it was, they did extremely well in choosing this prime site for their home!
