Tiny Home Investment and “Do-up”
What an opportunity for a tidy wee investment. Or an affordable new home.
This is a two bedroom home, built here sometime in the 80’s. Large living room, open plan kitchen, laundry with shower, and a separate WC.
Very cool new heat pump and insulated top and bottom.
So, what’s the catch? Well, there is definitely some work to do. The carpets are awful, and there are holes in many of the walls. The wall paper is peeling and the ceiling sagging.
Is there a leak in The HW Cupboard? It appears so but we are not sure.
That’s right we hide nothing, but we still know this home could be a wee cracker with some work done on it.
Outside there is rubbish everywhere, and a few holes in the lawn. The spouting is rusty but serviceable.
