Historic Cottage near the Water

The Old Apple Picking Workers’ Cottage at Tinopai on the Kaipara Harbour has become available for a new owner to invest in a bit of Kiwi history, soak up the sun with a water view, be close to beach and boat launching.
The Cottage was purpose built to accommodate the apple pickers back around 1913, when Tinopai had become a thriving fruit producing area for the Auckland market. Apples were once grown on acres of farmland beyond, picked and shipped via the old Tinopai Wharf.
